Mr. Panchal is a post graduate in commerce by qualification. He has been working as Manager-Finance (IIPH, Gandhinagar) since July 2008. Previously he worked as Accountant for 25 years and thereafter as Programmes Officer for 3 years in Centre for Management of Health Services, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Mr. Panchal has rich experience in maintaining accounts, preparing annual financial statements; financial MIS for Research & Consultancy Projects sponsored by State/Central Govt, MNCs as well as International Organizations. He has experience with respect to Statutory & CAG Audit, Internal Audit, FCRA Rules etc.
